Last night I made bread that was actually edible! Lets say that it is about time that I figured out the yeast. Now all that I need to do is figure out how to make it more light and fluffy :) It smelt really good while it was cooking and has a fantastic flavor, so go me!

...Maybe you just need to let it raise a little longer to make it fluffier? I don't know - just a thought...
