MIA..

That is what I feel like we have been lately. I have been just working my full 40 hours a week and Brad has been slaving away at school. His graduation and BFA Show is just about a month away! On this fine Sunday we are down at the studio working on his art.


It surprises me how many people are not working towards their show right now. We are the only ones here at the studio. That is totally fine with me though because that means that we are able to blast The Offspring. I have a few pictures that I would like to share that will give you a taste of what Brad has been doing.

The blocks that Brad has been working on for this show are 32" x 48"

Currently Brad has officially carved 3 prints and now he is just needing to print/edition. The last piece that he is now working on is 3 of the blocks put into one picture. The finish work is going to 96" x 48". This is what he is currently working on. Below is a photo of him drawing out the story.

Brad has two art shows that he is going to be in this month. The first one is going to be the Bemis Art Show on April 28-29. This is a good goal for him to have all of his work finished by. His friend is saving him a long wall to hang all of his prints. The second show is his BFA show at Cornish. The opening for this show is May 11. It will be running through May 26. Bunch of exciting things happening in our world. Brad is also working on getting a website designed and (fingers crossed) have it running by the time of the BFA show.
